About Tamarind Tree Garden Resort

Tamarind Tree Garden Resort is a hospitality destination in Sri Lanka offering comfortable accommodation, leisure experiences and a garden setting. The resort welcomes local and international guests and provides an environment for gaining practical exposure to hospitality and tourism operations

Role

Responsibilities
  •  Assist with the day-to-day operations of the hotel and resort.
  •  Support front office and guest service operations.
  •  Assist in welcoming guests and responding to guest requests.
  •  Support check-in and check-out activities when required.
  •  Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
  •  Assist in maintaining guest service and operational standards.
  •  Support hotel activities, events and guest experiences.
  •  Assist with guest requirements related to tours, activities and local experiences.
  •  Communicate professionally with guests from different cultural backgrounds.
  •  Assist the team with basic operational concerns and problem-solving.
  •  Gain exposure to different areas of hotel operations.
  •  Perform other operational duties assigned by the hotel management team.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
