About Pedro Barn pvt ltd
The Pedro Barn Club House is a 10 bedroom boutique property which operates its business activity within the premises of Little England Cottages, a project developed by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Jaysons Group and is considered the most exclusive gated community in Nuwara Eliya. The Property comprises of a 160 pax capacity restaurant, an old English Pub, a state-of-the-art Spa facility and offers housekeeping services to the gated community's residents. The Property will also overlook the management of the total facility which comprise of 37 uniquely built 4–5-bedroom cottages.
Role
Responsibilities
- Be proactive and possess an energetic personality.
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Informing guests of the meal times and any special events arranged.
- Coordinate guest services such as reservations, dining arrangements and recreational activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by anticipating and meeting guest needs.
- Manage guest feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
