Role

Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and basic assessments to understand the needs, experiences, and concerns of students and employees.
  • Identify behavioural, academic, interpersonal, workplace, and wellbeing-related challenges faced by students and employees.
  • Support student wellbeing initiatives related to motivation, academic engagement, stress management, communication, confidence, and personal development.
  • Assist in understanding student behaviour, participation, satisfaction, and overall campus experience.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives focused on workplace satisfaction, motivation, communication, teamwork, and organizational wellbeing.
  • Assist in planning and conducting workshops, awareness sessions, and interactive activities related to psychology, wellbeing, and personal development.
  • Observe and analyse behavioural and engagement patterns and assist in identifying possible areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, faculty, and university departments to support people-focused initiatives.
  • Collect, organize, and analyse feedback and prepare reports highlighting key observations and recommendations.
  • Contribute ideas for improving student engagement, employee experience, interpersonal relationships, and the overall university environment.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of wellbeing and engagement initiatives to understand their effectiveness.

Monday to Saturday

9:00 am - 4:00 pm
