1,200 MYR per month

- The salary will be sent through bank transfer. - Any days worked on Support Duty outside of scheduled hours will be compensated with Off days from the Monday-Friday schedule.

Role

Responsibilities

-Maintain timely communication over email/whatsapp once a report is received.

-Trace issues through application logs/db logs and queries, propose and execute corrective measures.

-Fulfill development tasks to fix bugs and or enhancements as needed.

-Standby as a backup of Support

-Training support provided.

-Support Duty outside of the scheduled.

-Tools needed: Email, WhatsApp, Discord, Teams, Google Meet.

-Speaking Arabic is an advantage.

-Career in a related IT Field, programming, preferably with experience in Java programming language.

-at least 1 - 3 years of experience [required]

-Require a candidate with some experience with other companies/projects [required].

-Training support provided [benefits]

-Support Duty outside of scheduled [benefits]Occasionally, must follow the Software Application -Support Working Hours [required].

-Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM in EP's country timezone / Between UTC+3 to UTC+8 [required].

Saturday

9:00 am - 1:00 pm
