Role

Responsibilities
  • Support regional employee experience initiatives and help improve workplace engagement across multiple countries.
  • Monitor employee feedback trends and assist in tracking improvement actions and results.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR decision-making.
  • Support well-being, inclusion, and employee engagement programs across the Americas region.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR process documentation and best practices.
  • Review and improve HR knowledge resources to ensure they are relevant and user-friendly.
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal communication and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with regional HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and country teams on Talent Experience initiatives.
  • Monitor data quality and support the reporting of key Talent Experience metrics.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects focused on improving employee experience and operational excellence.
