Role
Responsibilities
Main Projects:
Employee NPA:
- Monitor eNPA detractor feedback and action plans.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Follow up with Regional COEs & Country teams to ensure timely closure and share insights.
- Support process optimization initiatives, and best-practice sharing across countries.
Belonging & Thriving:
- Support Americas Health & Wellbeing regional strategy execution including DEI campaigns
- Participate on preparation for Are you Ok? Survey 2027 modernization
- Support program cycle for Purpose programs: DHLs Got Heart & Upstairs
Talent Fundamentals & SOPs
- Support the development, launch, and maintenance of SOPs across (TA), (TM), and (EX).
- Review and update SmartConnect to ensure usefulness to HR and business
- Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement.
HR Communication
- Support the planning and execution of Employee Experience Excellence (EEX) campaigns.
- Prepare communication materials related to Well-being, Belonging, Talent, and Engagement initiatives.
TEX Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and enhance reporting of key Talent Experience (TEX) metrics.
- Monitor data quality KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making.
