Role

Responsibilities
  1. Learn about Japanese work culture from the instructor and introduce oneself with insights on one's home country's values.
  2. Learn about NisseiEco's products, services, and marketing strategy.
  3. Learn about NisseiEco's product planning and sales strategy through market research and instructor guidance.
  4. Research the Vietnamese market, analyze past product promotions, and propose improvements for products and marketing strategies in the participants home country.
  5. Get advice from the instructor on challenges during practice and learn practical skills for more efficient research and analysis.
  6. Summarize the process, discoveries, and learnings in a report, receive feedback from the instructor, and refine it to deepen understanding.
  7. Give a presentation based on the report to the instructor, and have a final presentation covering the learnings from the entire training period.
  8. Participate in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC in Meiji University with university professors to deepen knowledge in the academic field, and solidify learnings through sessions and discussions.
