Role

Responsibilities
  1. Learn about Japanese work culture from the instructor and introduce oneself with insights on one's home country's values.
  2. Learn about NisseiEco's products, services, and marketing strategy.
  3. Acquire business and product insights by analyzing the host companys products, services, and target target markets.
  4. Master practical web development skills by undergoing the entire lifecycle from requirements definition to prototype implementation using CMS tools.
  5. Develop autonomous problem-solving abilities by independently researching technical challenges and leveraging feedback from professional developers.
  6. Enhance reflective thinking and professional presentation skills by synthesizing weekly learnings into a portfolio and delivering a final presentation.
  7. Participate in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC in Meiji University with university professors to deepen knowledge in the academic field, and solidify learnings through sessions and discussions.
