Role
Responsibilities
- Managing and updating social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business, while creating engaging promotional content.
- Capturing photographs and videos of tourism experiences, hotel facilities, food, events, and guest experiences, and developing marketing materials, blogs, and promotional content.
- Researching, contacting, and maintaining relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and tourism partners while supporting the promotion of tourism packages and services.
- Responding to customer inquiries through social media and email, collecting guest feedback, and assisting in organizing promotional events and marketing activities.
- Conducting competitor analysis and tourism market research to identify customer trends, new marketing opportunities, and support business development initiatives.
- Maintaining records of marketing activities, preparing weekly reports, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to the final internship report and presentation.
