Role
Phase 1 Learn & Support (months 13)
- Shadow the Head of Sales on active deals, discovery calls, and pipeline reviews.
- Get up to speed on our product, our customers, and our market positioning Manage and update HubSpot CRM: contacts, activity logs, deal stages
- Coordinate with Erab2b on outbound sequences and lead qualification Handle warm outreach: follow-ups from
events, inbound leads, re-engagement of stalled contacts
Phase 2 Take ownership (months 412)
- Own prospecting on your market (Germany or Netherlands): build targeted lists, run outreach, book meetings
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, brief BD before calls
- Contribute to Shayp4Impact: identify relevant public institutions and corporate sponsors in your market
- Track weekly KPIs: leads contacted, meetings booked, pipeline generated
- Share market intelligence with the team to sharpen messaging and
targeting
