Role

Responsibilities

- Support the Medical Information communication process, including monthly reconciliation activities with Patient Safety (PS) and Quality Assurance (QA). 

-Send monograph and/or insert of the products upon request of health professionals. 

- Report to patients safety department, the adverse events that are informed, implicitly or explicitly in the communications received, both from external and internal personnel. 

- Assist in the monitoring, tracking, and review of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. 

- Maintain and update the Healthcare Professional (HCP) directory, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 

- Support the administration and execution of the speaker validation process and related compliance activities. 

- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support process metrics tracking. 

- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure timely execution of Medical Affairs operational activities. 

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and compliance.
