Responsibilities

Main Activities

Customer Communication: Make daily calls to potential clients, provide product information, follow up

on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, assist in closing deals, and update customers on new

products and offers.

Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and collect

customer feedback.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

sales reports.

T eamwork & Development: Collaborate with the sales team, participate in training sessions, and

continuously improve sales techniques

Monday to Thursday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
