Role

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities

 1. Talent Acquisition

 - Support the full recruitment cycle, including:

 - Job intake with hiring managers

 - Job postings

 - Active sourcing and CV screening

 - Interview coordination and participation

 - Offer and contracting administration

 - Onboarding follow-up

 2. Learning & Development

 - Support the design and implementation of Learning & Development strategies and programmes

 - Assess training needs with stakeholders

 - Coordinate with external training providers

 - Contribute to the creation of digital learning modules

 - Follow up on the learning journey of newcomers

 3. Talent Management & HR Projects

 - Support the definition and implementation of:

 - Career management processes

 - Performance management frameworks

 - Assist in shaping and improving HR best practices and internal processes

 - Contribute to administrative simplification and optimisation

 4. HR Operations & Systems

-  Support recruitment and HR activities through internal tools (e.g. Cornerstone, Phenom)

 - Help resolve issues related to job postings, candidate pipelines, or system access

 5. Internal Communication

 - Support the monthly Employee Newsletter

 - Assist in drafting HR communications

 6. Culture & Community

 - Participate in the BICS Young Community

 - Support internal events and employee initiatives

- Contribute to team engagement and cross-functional collabo

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
