Role

Responsibilities
  1. Understand the host company's history, business model, and products, and present your own culture to employees for cross-cultural understanding.
  2. Learn about domestic and global hair care industry trends, including the host company's product technology and marketing strategies, through discussions with employees.
  3. Conduct market research on the hair care industry using online sources and surveys, incorporating your unique perspective to analyze the findings.
  4. Develop a hypothetical product and marketing strategy for the Indian market using your research, for practice purposes only.
  5. Join an AIESEC academic seminar, compile your overall learnings into a report, and deliver a final presentation to staff for feedback and discussion.
