Role

Responsibilities
  1. Understand the host company's history, business, and target customers, and present your own culture to employees for cross-cultural understanding.
  2. Learn about DX trends and case studies in both countries, including the host company's DX successes and process improvements, through discussion with employees.
  3. Investigate workplace challenges by analyzing past workflows to identify inefficiencies, incorporating employee feedback along the way.
  4. Analyze how issues affect customers and employees from both a user and global perspective, refining your findings with further feedback.
  5. Compile your investigation findings into a report, present it to staff, and deepen your understanding through their feedback.
  6. Propose DX-driven solutions based on your findings, for practice purposes only.
  7. Join an AIESEC academic seminar with a university professor to deepen knowledge in your field through sessions and discussions.
  8. Compile your overall learnings into a portfolio, refine it through staff feedback, and deliver a final presentation to staff and AIESEC members.
