Role

Responsibilities

Track global and regional strategic projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
Coordinate governance and executive monitoring processes, including organizing meetings, minutes, agreements, and progress tracking.
Consolidate and analyze commercial and financial KPIs, generating visibility into results, variances, gaps, and business risks.
Prepare reports and executive materials for Latin America and senior management, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Monitor the impact and performance of regional initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas requiring attention.
Provide support in PMO methodologies and project management, ensuring organization, traceability, and effective monitoring of commercial initiatives.
