Role
Responsibilities
- Map the journey of residents, coworking users, visitors, and people who rent rooms at Baanko.
- Collect feedback about the current experience in the space from residents, users, visitors, and community members.
- Identify pain points, needs, and opportunities to improve the resident and community experience.
- Design and implement an improvement project focused on making the space more welcoming, integrated, and satisfying.
- Support the relationship with Baankos current partners and users.
- Create integration activities between residents and the local square community.
- Support community engagement initiatives and local actions connected to Baankos space.
- Monitor the satisfaction of residents, coworking users, visitors, and other community members.
- Organize feedback, learnings, and results into monthly reports for Baanko and AIESEC.
- Track KPIs related to feedback collection, implemented improvements, community activities, satisfaction, and project completion.
