Role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Ensure a high-quality and personalized dining experience
- Engage with guests to understand preferences and feedback
- Collect guest testimonials (verbal and video) for marketing use
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions
- Promote loyalty programs and referral initiatives
- Maintain guest data for marketing and relationship management
- Record and manage guest feedback, escalating issues when needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team for content creation
- Support restaurant operations during busy hours

11:00 am - 8:00 pm
