Role
Responsibilities
- Owner's Proactive Partner: Directly assist the owner with day-to-day administration, corporate tasks, schedule management, and operational paperwork.
- Event & Promotion Coordination: Help plan, organize, set up, and execute pub events, theme nights, live music, and marketing activities to build community engagement and drive traffic.
- General Pub Support: Maintain high adaptability to jump in and assist across various areas of the pub during busy shifts, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth floor flow.
- Operational Supervision: Supervise floor activities, coordinate staff shift schedules, and foster a professional, high-energy, and welcoming environment.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, assist with physical inventory counts, and communicate with breweries and suppliers to keep orders precise and timely.
- Basic Financial Controls: Oversee daily cash reconciliation, point-of-sale (POS) terminal closing reports, and basic shift expense tracking.
