Role
Responsibilities
Platform testing: Test the learning platform from an employee perspective, identify
what is unclear or confusing, and suggest practical improvements to make it easier to
use.
Content creation: Create simple user materials (quick guides, checklists, FAQs, short
tutorials), structure content so it’s easy to find, and support preparation for publishing
with the L&D team.
Launch communications: Help shape launch messages (what it is, why it matters,
how to start), support rollout across internal channels (intranet, newsletters,
trainings/workshops), and gather employee feedback to finetune communication and
materials.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
