Role

Responsibilities

  • Handle VIP, repeat, and long-stay guest coordination

  • Proactively engage with guests during their stay to anticipate needs

  • Manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery cases

  • Coordinate special amenities, celebrations, and guest preferences

  • Monitor online reviews and guest satisfaction scores

  • Act as a brand ambassador and uphold service culture

Tuesday to Sunday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
