Role

Responsibilities

Map client and internal engineering workflows, identify pain points, document where time, cost, or errors can be reduced.

Prepare clear summaries, process maps and recommendations that help define a repeatable first service offer.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and structured thinking.

Good written and verbal communication.

Able to document workflows and summarize findings clearly.

Comfortable with MS Office or similar.

Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Able to learn basic engineering/service workflows quickly.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CAD/BIM/AEC environment.

Exposure to structural design or construction documentation.

Basic understanding of automation, scripting, or databases.

Experience with Python, no-code/low-code, or process mapping tools.

Internship/project work involving technical operations or engineering processes.
