Role
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the UPGRADE Programs presence across social media and internal that position DHL Group as an employer of choice.
- Ensure consistent employer branding across all touchpoints, including events, communications, and participant experience.
- Plan, organize, and execute conferences and events with AIESEC and ensure seamless logistics, branding, and high-quality participant experience
- Develop and execute a targeted marketing plan to promote open internship opportunities and drive a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with internal teams, AIESEC partners, alumni, and vendors and act as the main point of contact between the program and its stakeholders.
- Collect feedback through surveys and use insights to improve program quality and experience.
- Monitor marketing performance, event outcomes, and retention data.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost internal engagement, networking, and community building.
- Ensure compliance with internship standards and quality frameworks.
