Role
Responsibilities
- With support from the Director H&W, assess health impact of BU reported H&W initiatives based on established framework and scale;
- Contribute to the creation of health-topic based training sessions for H&W Champions;
- Support data collection for DHL Groups annual ESG reporting in the area of employee covers;
- Contribute to the design and content of IRM H&Ws internal Certified Benefits and Health & Wellbeing Training modules;
- GenAI driven analysis on Health & Wellbeing country profiles
- Contribute to the design and content of IRM H&Ws internal communications via DHLs SmartConnect! intranet site and connected SharePoint sites;
- Support the establishment of internal Standard Operating Procedures for all IRM H&W business processes;
- Actively participate in all major IRM H&W business processes such as compilation of H&W status updates for all concerned DHL BUs, processing renewals of all DHL EB group insurance policies and related interaction with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
