Role
Responsibilities
- Quotation processes for the acquisition of goods and services
- Constant monitoring of the quotation process.
- Support in the quotation process to external & internal users
- Training to internal and external users in the quotation process.
- Optimization of the process for obtaining good results (KPI)
- Vendor management (estimate 40).
- Budget & cost efficiency & control
- Define appropriate procurement methods based on budget
- Lead and prioritize procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with GPPM manuals related to procurement.
Vendor management: Follow guidelines and policies for inviting vendors to participate in quotations or bidding processes. Budget & cost efficiency & control: Evaluate costs between vendors, proposals, historical purchases, or compare with other projects. Methods: Provide guidance for executing quotes and bids according to vendor categorization and corporate guidelines. Procurement: Guide employees and vendors to select vendors accurately and transparently. Compliance: Develop training tools and guidelines for both internal and external users. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure proper implementation and selection processing.
