Role

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor monthly HR indicators, ensuring the updating, analysis, and presentation of strategic information for decision-making.

Design analytical and alert models based on KPIs and HR data, generating actionable insights for the company's different sites and operations.

Manage and validate the quality of information on recruitment platforms and databases, ensuring data cleanliness, consistency, and reliability.

Support processes related to compensation and benefits, including data analysis, benchmarking, and identifying agreements or initiatives that strengthen the employee value proposition.

Prepare regional reports and presentations for Latin America, consolidating key HR metrics and information in English and Spanish. Collaborate with different HR stakeholders, actively participating in analytical projects and proposing process improvements through a critical, strategic, and results-oriented approach.
