Role
Conduct outbound outreach via:
Cold messages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Email outreach
Cold calling
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, intent, business profile)
Book discovery calls
Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status
Follow up consistently with prospects to increase conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Identify patterns in successful conversations and optimize scripts
Report daily/weekly on:
Conversations started
Qualified leads generated
Appointments booked
Required:
Sales-oriented mindset (comfortable initiating conversations)
Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, lead generation is a plus)
High level of persistence and resilience (handling rejection)
Time management and self-organization
Ability to follow scripts but also adapt naturally in conversations
Nice to have:
Previous experience in:
SDR / appointment setting / sales
Customer support or client-facing roles
Familiarity with tools like: CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Social media platforms for outreach.
