About Starbeans Ceylon (Pvt ) Ltd
Starbeans Ceylon was founded in 2010 out of a passion for food, which was transformed into a fine dining café. The company began as a small coffee shop in Hikkaduwa and grew into a franchise and a fine dining restaurant chain. Today, it is known for its Western, Mexican, Italian, and Sri Lankan cuisine, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients, and is located at various tourist destinations including the historic Old Dutch Hospital in Galle Fort, Welipenna Expressway service area, and Ella.
Role
Responsibilities
- Perform live music and entertainment sessions at different Starbeans Ceylon branches
- Engage with customers to create an interactive and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with marketing and branch teams to support themed events and campaigns
- Assist in planning entertainment concepts that improve customer experience and branch engagement
- Travel between branches to conduct performances and support special events
- Contribute creative ideas for audience interaction and community-building activities
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively during all performances and event

Monday to Friday
11:00 am - 11:00 pm
