Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules and meetings
Assist in managing office supplies and logistics
Support administrative and coordination tasks
Help maintain organized office processes
Requirements:
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Basic proficiency in office software
Responsible and detail-oriented
Working hours
Monday to Thursday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday
12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
