Identify pools of potential respondents

Contact potential respondents

Apply surveys to hospitality industry workers (hotels, restaurants, tourism services)

Maintain ethical standards in data collection (confidentiality, informed consent)

Desired Skills and Profile

Student or recent graduate in:

Tourism Management

Hospitality Management

Business Administration

Social Sciences or related fields

Strong communication skills (English required; Romanian or another European language is an advantage but not a must)

Interest in tourism and hospitality research

Basic knowledge of survey methods and data collection

Comfortable interacting with professionals in a work environment

Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude.

 Selection Criteria

Academic background relevant to tourism or hospitality

Motivation to engage in applied research

Ability to work independently and respect research protocols

Intercultural openness and professional conduct.
