Role

Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately record vendor invoices in the accounting system.
  • Validate invoices through proper verification procedures, including three-way matching (purchase order, invoice, and receipt).
  • Prepare and support payment proposals while ensuring timely execution of payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and treasury teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
