- Simulated Promotion Planning and Data Analysis
Analyze historical (past) sales data from previous events to practice marketing logic. Create a "virtual" promotional planincluding timing and location strategyusing products that are no longer in production, ensuring the activity remains a training exercise.
- Cross-Cultural Communication and Internal Presentation
Deliver a presentation about the participant's home country's culture and food industry to employees to promote internal globalization. Engage in active discussions with staff to exchange values and perspectives, stimulating a more international corporate mindset.
- Hypothetical Business Development Simulation
