Role
Basic Technical Support for End Users Provide first-level support by addressing user incidents, including software installation, device configuration, and troubleshooting of common hardware issues and corporate applications.
IT Project Support Assist in ongoing IT projects, such as system upgrades, security deployments, and implementation of applications across company devices.
IT Asset Management and Documentation Support the maintenance of IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, and other equipment, while ensuring accurate records and up-to-date technical documentation.
Device Preparation and Configuration Handle the setup and configuration of laptops and mobile devices, including corporate imaging, user account setup, access provisioning, and system updates.
