Role

Responsibilities
  • Basic Technical Support for End Users Provide first-level support by addressing user incidents, including software installation, device configuration, and troubleshooting of common hardware issues and corporate applications.

  • IT Project Support Assist in ongoing IT projects, such as system upgrades, security deployments, and implementation of applications across company devices.

  • IT Asset Management and Documentation Support the maintenance of IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, and other equipment, while ensuring accurate records and up-to-date technical documentation.

  • Device Preparation and Configuration Handle the setup and configuration of laptops and mobile devices, including corporate imaging, user account setup, access provisioning, and system updates.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
