Role

Responsibilities
  • 1. Executive Presentations Coordinate the development and regular update of internal and external executive presentations by consolidating cross-functional inputs, ensuring timely delivery and providing clear visibility on ROLAs priorities, progress, and strategic objectives.
  • 2. Internal & External Reporting Prepare and deliver internal and external reports following established guidelines, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness to support decision-making and regional alignment.
  • 3. Internal & External Meetings Organize and schedule meetings by managing calendars, agendas, materials, and follow-ups, ensuring effective coordination and continuous progress of regional initiatives.
  • 4. External Communication & Omnichannel Strategy Support the execution of the omnichannel and digital communication strategy by assisting in content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring, leveraging digital and AI tools to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • 5. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support, including document management, internal requests follow-up, payments, petty cash handling, expense tracking, and operational support, ensuring efficient and well-organized team operations.
