Role

Responsibilities
  •  Cross-functional Rotation: Undergo hands-on training in product R&D, data analytics, U.S. market development, and business development.
  • U.S. Project Execution: Participate in the planning and localization of U.S. stock investment products and assist in formulating Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to understand user needs, optimize product features, and drive user growth.
  • Executive Reporting: Report project progress directly to the executive management team and participate in discussions regarding long-term expansion strategies
