Fika Deli is a modern café and deli based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, offering a vibrant and welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Role
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
- Understanding coffee origins, including ethical sourcing and fair value chains
- Engaging with a diverse customer base and creating an inclusive, welcoming environment
- Supporting responsible consumption practices, including minimizing waste and improving resource efficiency
- Promoting awareness of the cafs SDG-driven approach through customer interaction and storytelling
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Supporting daily caf operations and service flow
Working Hours & Schedule
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- 56 working days per week (as per roster)
- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts depending on operational needs
