Role
Responsibilities
- Assist the HRBP with all Panama office activities
- Contact and follow up with recruiter partners, support with screening procedures, set interviews and follow up with Hiring Managers for feedback
- Support and develop activities related to GWP plan and SCI Committee.
- Report of Panama news for the Weekly Report, Recruitment Reports, SCI Reports, presentations, among others.
- Prepare new hires documents and welcome kits for onboarding process
- Support with audit process of employees files: new hires, inactive employees and current employees.
- Support to the Panama Young Professionals as Champion Intern: Responsible for selection, hiring and onboarding process.
- Follow up for mandatory trainings and development plans of Panama employees.
- Support with vendors creation, biding and quotation process for Panama office.
- Support in different activities related to Panama employees and local activities.

Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
