Role

Responsibilities
  • Support the update and alignment of the visual identity used for COMM-IT ROMANIA materials.
  • Assist with website updates and content refresh for relevant pages.
  • Prepare materials for sponsorship requests and partner outreach.
  • Build and maintain databases of relevant companies for event invitations, potential sponsors,

media partners, and potential speakers and guests.

  • Contribute to the preparation of promotional materials for the 2027 season.
  • Create and adapt content for LinkedIn and Facebook, including post copy, visuals, short

promotional texts, and event communication materials.

  • Support communication and coordination activities related to the community's events.
  • Explore and test ways to automate workflows using AI agents, such as generating content

variations, organizing and classifying leads, supporting database maintenance, and assisting

with documentation and follow-up activities.

  • Propose ideas to improve marketing and community-related workflows.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
