Role

Responsibilities
  1. Process identification and scoping: identify processes and define their scope and boundaries.
  2. Stakeholder interviews: gather information by conducting interviews with co-workers and process experts to gain accurate understanding of processes.
  3. Process documentation: document processes ensuring completeness, clarity and consistency.
  4. Process modeling (BPMN): translate processes into clear process flows using Microsoft Visio.
  5. Review, validation and improvement support: review processes with stakeholders to validate accurary and support continuous improvement.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Friday

8:30 am - 4:00 pm
