Role

Responsibilities
  • Support the school in maintaining and organizing staff records and basic HR documentation
  • Assist with staff coordination, scheduling support, and internal communication
  • Support recruitment-related tasks such as organizing applications, assisting with interview coordination, and onboarding support
  • Help coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and internal engagement activities
  • Assist in preparing administrative documents, reports, and presentations when required
  • Participate in school events, assemblies, and special activity days to support administrative operations
  • Collaborate with staff to improve internal communication and organizational processes
  • Support community outreach or school development projects when applicable
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing staff engagement and organizational culture within the school

Working hours

Monday to Friday

7:00 am - 2:30 pm
