Role
Responsibilities
- Internal Communication & Content Development: Develop and deliver content for internal channels, including newsletters, presentations, video materials, one-pagers, and briefing documents to support automation initiatives.
- Automation Adoption & Use Case Enablement: Maintain and structure the global automation use case repository, translate technical documentation into business-friendly language, and support scaling efforts through clear communication strategies.
- Stakeholder Presentation & Executive Support: Draft, refine, and tailor presentations and materials for different audiences, ensuring clarity, alignment, and strategic positioning.
- Digital Channel & Platform Management: Manage and optimize SharePoint spaces, share & learn environments, and internal collaboration channels to improve accessibility and knowledge sharing.
- Branding, UX & Continuous Improvement: Maintain team branding and visual identity standards, improve UI/UX of internal applications based on user feedback, and support customer-centric improvements.
