Role
Responsibilities
- Establishing and digitalizing key HR processes (recruitment, records management, performance evaluations, and employee development).
- Developing a system for monitoring employee performance and alignment of behavior with company values.
- Defining and implementing recruitment policies in line with the companys strategic objectives.
- Monitoring and enhancing organizational culture through employee engagement analysis.
- Supporting managers in team management and leadership development.
- Designing and implementing training and professional development programs for employees.
- Ensuring HR practices are compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.

Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
