Role
Responsibilities
- Execute preparations according to standardized recipes, technical sheets, and the Chefs guidelines.
- Ensure impeccable presentation, consistent flavor, and proper timing for every dish.
- Comply with hygiene, food handling, and food safety standards at all times.
- Optimize ingredient usage, minimizing waste and supporting cost control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready station.
- Actively participate in menu tastings, innovation processes, and new dish development.
- Collaborate with the team through clear communication and coordinated execution.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
