Role

Responsibilities
  • Execute preparations according to standardized recipes, technical sheets, and the Chefs guidelines.
  • Ensure impeccable presentation, consistent flavor, and proper timing for every dish.
  • Comply with hygiene, food handling, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Optimize ingredient usage, minimizing waste and supporting cost control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready station.
  • Actively participate in menu tastings, innovation processes, and new dish development.
  • Collaborate with the team through clear communication and coordinated execution.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
