Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain API integrations between WordPress, Shopify, and the CRM.
  • Set up and monitor webhooks to ensure smooth data transfer.
  • Implement and manage GA4 tracking and custom events.
  • Configure server-side tracking to prevent data loss.
  • Monitor data flow between website platforms and the CRM.
  • Clean, organize, segment, and remove duplicate lead data.
  • Optimize and configure CRM plugins and applications.
  • Test integrations and troubleshoot tracking or data issues.
  • Support accurate reporting by ensuring correct data mapping.
  • Maintain website performance by ensuring plugins do not affect speed or SEO.
