Role

Responsibilities
  • Build automated email/SMS flows for cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement.
  • Sync customer data between Shopify/WordPress and the CRM (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce).
  • Design automated customer journeys across WordPress and Shopify to turn lead data into revenue.
  • Work with the web team to ensure landing pages and lead magnets are optimized for ranking and conversion.
  • Report on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and churn rates using GA4 and CRM dashboards.
  • Align SEO traffic with CRM lead conversion strategies.
