The company began as a small coffee shop in Hikkaduwa and grew into a franchise and a fine dining restaurant chain. Today, it is known for its Western, Mexican, Italian, and Sri Lankan cuisine, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients, and is located at various tourist destinations including the historic Old Dutch Hospital in Galle Fort.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests, assist with reservations, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  •  Feedback Management: Gather feedback from guests and report it to the management team and supported to the improve customer review process.
  •  Problem Resolution: Learn to handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
  •  Event Support: Assist in preparing for and executing special events or functions at the restaurant.
  •  Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  •  Table Service: DO the table service when it is necessary

Monday to Friday

11:00 am - 11:00 pm
