Role

Responsibilities
  • The Art of Welcome: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional, and personalized greeting.
  • Expert Problem Solving: Attend to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with grace, speed, and a "guest-first" mindset.
  • Operational Synergy: Act as the "bridge" between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Youll coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure timing and service standards are flawless.
  • Reputation Management: Actively engage with guests to gather real-time feedback and encourage positive online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, etc.) to help us grow our brand.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a sharp eye on the dining environment, ensuring the ambiance, cleanliness, and setup meet our premium standards at all times.
