Role

Responsibilities

1) Content & Brand Representation

Create 30–45 reels per month (educational + promotional)

Host live sessions

Demonstrate products (BB cream, shampoo, hair mask etc.)

Appear in brand campaigns

Attend influencer events & retail activations

Participate in photoshoots

Represent Plush Natural publicly

Create high-performing content

Contribute to marketing strategy

Assist in brand growth activities

Support retail and online expansion efforts

2) Marketing & Growth Support

Help plan monthly campaigns

Research beauty trends

Coordinate with influencers

Assist in Meta campaign brainstorming

Track performance metrics

Support product launch planning

3) Business & Operations Exposure

Assist in retail visits (if required)

Help gather customer feedback

Contribute to product development discussions

Participate in packaging & branding brainstorming

Support pop-up events and collaborations

Monday to Friday

11:00 am - 6:00 pm
