As Norm Fasteners, we are the leading fastener manufacturer of the sector with our strong R&D and engineering services, high production capacity, in-house production facilities in the fields of design, tooling, coating, and hot forging, together with our wide logistics network extending from America to China.
Role
Responsibilities
- Managing en-to-end follow-up of customer orders entered by the Sales Department
- Coordinating with relevant departments to initiate production for orders not available in production or stock
- Ensuring on-time shipment of in-stock products in line with customer requested delivery dates
- Organizing loading and shipment processes in coordination with transportation companies
- Coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure loading of shipment-ready materials
- Updating system records for any changes in material quantities, shipment dates, or order details and informing customer accordingly
- Monitoring products planned for shipment and informing warehouse and shipment teams of any missing items
- Preparing all required documents for export declarations and sharing them with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring all shipment and export documents comply with applicable regulations and legislation
- Checking, recording, and managing documents received from logistics providers and customs authorities
- Forwarding approved involces to the Accounting department
- Evaluating customer requests, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring effective communication
