Role
Responsibilities
- Managing customer quality complaints by creating system records, analyzing issues, defining immediate action plans, and following up
- Performing root cause analysis of complaints in coordination with relevant departments and managing corrective, presentive, and improvement actions
- Analyzing nonconformities occuring in production processes and leading continious improvement activities
- Implementing and monitoring procedures, work instructions, and processes within the Quality Management System
- Conducting customer audits and managing post-audit action plans
- Supporting Quality Assurance Technicians during first approval and final inspection processes
- Monitoring and analyzing SPC data and performing MSA studies
- Preparing, presenting, and analyzing mothly quality KPI matrics and ensuring action plans are devided from results
- Analyzing cost of poor quality and developing improvement recommendations to reduce quality losses
- Maintaining and updating quality documentation, process maps, and improvement plans within the Total Quality Management framework
- Following developments in quality practices and implementing applicable improvements within the organization
