Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting end-to-end Credit, Collection and Billing processes, work instructions, and standard ways of working.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process enhancements.
- Support data extraction and validation from SAP for credit, collections and Billing
- Help monitor automation and RPA performance related to collections and billing interfaces
- Coordinate meeting materials, action tracking, and follow-ups for regional C&C projects
- Assist in root cause analysis for overdue balances, disputes, and process deviations
- Support user testing (UAT) for system changes and tool enhancements impacting Credit & Collections
- Help maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materials for C&C teams
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Process Experts team in driving standardization and best practices across entities
- Execute ICS execution across the region.
